When you send a request through the form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the description of your need and the estimated volume.

Purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). This information is sent to us by email and is not stored in any database on the site.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience. These trackers are only set after your consent, given through the banner provided for that purpose. You can decline without any impact on your browsing.

Form data is intended exclusively for WebScrapHub. It transits through our technical providers: IONOS (site hosting, France) and Google (email delivery, governed by standard contractual clauses). No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Requests received by email are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted. You can request their deletion at any time.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to tballochi99@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Files delivered as part of our services are built from publicly accessible sources at the time of collection. No data collected for a client is ever reused, shared or resold. Each client remains responsible for the use of the data delivered to them, including GDPR compliance in their prospecting activities.
