Everything a business listing exposes publicly: name, full address, phone, website, business category, opening hours, average rating, review count and GPS coordinates. Email does not exist on Google Maps: we obtain it through multi-source enrichment (from the Standard plan up), mainly from the business website, then validate it. For data outside Google Maps — product listings, real estate ads, customer reviews, directories — that's the custom service.

CSV or Excel by default, with clean, structured columns: name, address, city, phone, email, website, depending on your need. On request, we also deliver JSON for your developers, a shared Google Sheet, or direct integration into your CRM or database (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, PostgreSQL...). 24 to 48h for the Discovery and Starter plans, 3 to 5 days for Standard, 5 to 8 days for Volume. For a custom request, the deadline is announced along with the quote. If a technical issue slows down the collection (a site changing its structure, a larger volume than expected), you're informed immediately.

Nothing is paid before you've approved the exact price and scope of the order. Payment is then made when ordering, and an invoice is always provided, whether you're an individual, a freelancer or a company.
