Terms of sale
Last updated : July 5, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the services offered on webscraphub.com: extraction, structuring, validation and delivery of data from publicly accessible sources (the "Services"). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Orders and quotes
The plans displayed on the site correspond to standard requests. Any specific request is quoted before ordering. An order becomes firm after written approval of the price and scope by the client (email or form). No payment is required before this approval.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price approved at the time of ordering is firm and final for the agreed scope.
4. Payment
Payment is made when ordering, after approval of the scope. An invoice is always provided.
5. Delivery
The timeframes indicated on the site (from 24-48h to 5-8 days depending on the plan) are indicative for standard requests. Any technical issue extending the timeframe is reported to the client without delay. Delivery is made electronically, in CSV or Excel format by default, or any other agreed format.
6. Conformity and corrections
If the delivered file does not match the scope approved at the time of ordering, the client has 7 days after delivery to report it. The necessary corrections are then made at no additional cost.
7. Liability
The Services are subject to an obligation of means. Delivered data comes from publicly accessible sources at the time of collection; its accuracy depends on the original sources. The client remains solely responsible for the use of the delivered data, including compliance with regulations applicable to their prospecting activities (GDPR, commercial prospecting rules).
8. Right of withdrawal
The Services are primarily intended for professionals. When the client is a consumer, they have a 14-day withdrawal period from the order, unless they expressly request immediate performance of the Service and waive their right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
9. Ownership of deliverables
The delivered file belongs to the client upon delivery and full payment, with no time limit on its use. No data collected for a client is ever reused or resold.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
